These terms apply to your use of greystoneautomationsystems.com and to communications with Greystone Automation ("Greystone Automation", "we", "us"). Work we do for clients is also covered by the written agreement or proposal for that engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Don't misuse it, attempt to break it, or submit information that isn't yours. Content on the site is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Our services

We design and build automation systems for service businesses. The scope, price and timeline of any project are set out in a written proposal or agreement before work starts.

SMS Terms

Program: Greystone Automation Customer Care — text messages about your enquiry, missed calls, call bookings, appointment reminders and project updates.

How you opt in

  • By ticking the text message consent box on our website form and submitting your phone number, or
  • By calling or texting our business number. If we miss your call, we may send one text message to the number you called from so we can help you.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

What to expect

  • Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and bookings.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • We do not send marketing texts to people who have not agreed to receive them.

Opting out and help

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@greystoneautomationsystems.com.

Other things to know

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You must be the account holder or have permission to use the phone number you give us.
  • Your phone number and consent are never shared or sold for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability for client work is set out in the relevant client agreement.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
